  • How do I make an order?

    Click on the item you wish to purchase, select your preferred colour, size, length, and quantity. Proceed to add item(s) to your shopping cart.

    To see all your add to cart items, click on “My Cart” at the top right hand side of the page. Proceed to enter your address and delivery details to check out.

  • What payment method do you accept?

    We accept payments with credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

    Note: In order to protect your privacy, all transactions are completed securely through our payment gateway. We do not have access to any credit or debit card information.

  • Do you ship to my country?

    We ship worldwide. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in the currency that is based on your choice.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    If you need to cancel your order, please send the order number to info@shimmeroasis.com within 12 hours.

  • What is the shipping cost and delivery time?

    We offer free postage,We aim to dispatch all customer orders within 48 hours, with the exception of weekends. For sale period, festive season and public holidays, order dispatch may take up to 3 - 5 days in these cases.

  • Will I be charged duties and taxes?

    There may be duties and taxes applied on your shipment that you will be responsible for. For more detailed information, please contact your local customs office.

  • What is the warranty policy?

    We offer a one year warranty on all product defects.

  • Is Shimmer Oasis Jewelry Waterproof?

    Our jewelry are made of 316L stainless steel,ASTM F-136,14K Gold which is durable, waterproof, and will not change color with regular wear.

    We still suggest removing the jewelry when showering or performing manual tasks that can scratch the piece or damage the color plating.

  • How to return/replace jewelry?

    Please contact your sales representative as soon as possible, or email info@shimmeroasisjewelry.com. We require photos of any damage to assess the issue. We expect you to return the jewelry to us promptly and will provide a pre-paid return label. Each item should be labeled or marked clearly with the style number.
